At HANRO, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our luxury loungewear and lingerie; if you are not entirely pleased, you may return unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygiene strips are intact, and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier at any official drop-off location and keep your tracking number for status updates.
